When we went on vacation to Costa Rica, we toured a coffee plantation and roasting facility with the owner Matias. The weather was horrible so we got trapped there, the roads were too muddy to drive. We talked, drank pineapple smoothies, and roasted coffee all day. It was the best. To this day, we still get our coffee from him, shipped from Costa Rica.
